Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

What is a firewall security assessment and why is it important?

How often should a firewall security assessment be performed?
At least annually, or whenever there are significant changes to your network environment — such as a cloud migration, new branch office, vendor change, or regulatory update.

Our managed plans are monthly and billed by support hours included. Plans range from Starter ($1,750/month, 40 hours) to Enterprise ($6,000/month, 160 hours). All plans include monitoring, incident response, and reporting. Higher tiers add priority support, monthly reviews, strategic planning, and dedicated engineers.
Do you offer custom engagements outside listed packages?
Yes. Professional services are available hourly or as a custom-scoped engagement. For larger or multi-disciplinary projects we can structure a tailored proposal. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Managed service plans are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Professional services are scoped per engagement. We believe our work speaks for itself — you stay because the service delivers, not because of a contract.
